So I just finished reading The Virgin Suicides by Jeffrey Eugenides. It was fantastic! I think I mentioned before that I started it ages ago and ended up reading quite a few different books in the meantime. I'd seen the movie before starting, so during a lot of I could hear the voiceover from the film in my head. But the book is filled with so much detail! And it's a lot sadder and more melancholy. The writing style was brilliant, it just picked me up and carried me along and I didn't want it to end, especially the way it did.
