You want to know what my favourite thing in the world to do is? Whenever I go back to America on holiday, I try to go straight to a convenient store and wander up and down the aisles to find all of the zany new sweets and soda that have come out since my last trip. Buy, eat/drink, repeat. America has SUCH a huge variety of CRAZY chocolates and softdrinks, it's unbelievable. Anyway, because we won't be going on holiday anytime soon, I got a wonderful birthday present - a huge box of new sweets. Here's the one I tried first: Berries and Cream Dr Pepper.

ReplyDeleteSorry I have to say YUCK to this one. I dislike Dr Pepper so I wouldn't even be willing to try this New Berries and Cream. I actually never heard of it! Are you sure you're not making this up? Hehehehe
ReplyDeleteI assure you I am not making it up. Actually, funny thing happened with this one - I was so excited to try it, I put it in the freezer - and then forgot about it and went out! Even after a day in the fridge to defrost, it still feels a little too solid! Oops. The flavour is more cream than berries, it's not my favourite drink, but I'm glad I've tasted it.
ReplyDeleteStill YUCK and an additional Eeewwww as my son would say! Ha.... I am one of the strange ones who believe that soda should not come in fruity flavours. Cola or GingerAle , Sprite may get by but all this Cherry Coke and Fruitilicious Sprite or whatever it's called I can do without.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is actually the new Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke :) They need to expand the soft drink aisle here they keep coming up with so many flavors!
ReplyDeleteThey bought me the black cherry vanilla coke as well! Except I opened it just before I fell asleep in the afternoon and most of it was wasted :(
