Exciting news

So it's my birthday next Sunday (my 24th). And you know what? I wasn't all that excited about it until now. I couldn't think of anything I wanted to do or anything I wanted, except to spend the day with Boy and my husband. But then he came up with a great plan. I've been in this country for just under six years now, and I've never been to the beach. Isn't that sad? So we're going next weekend to Brighton :) I really wanted to go to that place that was on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares to eat, Momma Cherri's Soul Food Shack, but it turns out it's become quite popular since being on the show, imagine that... and they're fully-booked (I'll have to miss out on the cornbread! How much do I LOVE cornbread?) But oh well, I'm sure it'll be great anyway!
