It All Happens on This Day

I married into a family that has a weird history, particularly on this one day, May 1st. Let me explain: my sister-in-law was born on 1 May 34 years ago. My father-in-law sadly passed away on 1 May 7 years ago. My grandfather on my father's side would have been 99 today. An aunt and uncle were married on 1 May (not sure of year). Contracts were signed and exchanged for a first house on 1 May. Last year, I was admitted into hospital with pancreatitis on, you guessed it, 1 May. For this family, things happen on May 1st, and let's hope it's something good this year.
