So, last night was bad. Very, very bad. I woke up at 1am and just thought 'oh no, not again' Heartburn. It's the third time in maybe three months, and I was up until 3am, at which point my son started wailing and I only got bits and pieces of sleep for the rest of the night. Read somewhere that fatty foods and being overweight are factors of heartburn, so I've decided to rehaul what I eat and start an exercise programme. Either that, or end up crying in the living room at some stupid hour of the morning feeling like shit, again. And over and over again. Not for me. Wish me luck though, I'm notoriously bad at keeping to these plans :(

  2. yeah, heartburn is never any fun.. I've been fighting mine for 2 days now..

  3. I'm glad it's not just me! Will keep a better stock of anti-heartburny drugs though!
