Offer

I am so happy - someone finally made an offer on our house! Well, OK, so yes, it was 20,000 pounds lower than our asking price, but that doesn't matter. It was an offer, someone was interested enough in our house to make a ridiculous offer, I'm ecstatic. Another couple said they'd consider making an offer as well, but they want to look around the High Street first. This, of course means they'll eventually NOT make an offer, but again - more interest. We may actually move out of this house before the year is up. Woohoo.
