Love Hurts Blog Tour: Bedside table books

I'm very happy today to be taking part in the Love Hurts blog tour, featuring the author of Easy, Tammara Webber, and the author of Reason to Breathe, Rebecca Donovan. I have a review up earlier today of Easy (which I *LOVED*), please do read it as well.

Today Tammara and Rebecca are talking about those books on their bedside tables that are just waiting to be picked up and read...

If you'd like to find out more about Easy or Reason to Breathe, or about Tammara Webber or Rebecca Donovan, please do visit the following websites:

Tammara Webber

(In no particular order)

If I Lie - Corrine Jackson
Paper Covers Rock - Jenny Hubbard
The Fault in Our Stars - John Green
Opal - Jennifer L. Armentrout
The Sea of Tranquility - Katja Millay

Rebecca Donovan

I haven't been able to read much recently, since I was working on completing Out of Breath and while I'm writing, I cannot have another author's voice in my head. Now that I've submitted the manuscript to my publisher, I have some catching up to do! These are the current books on my list, but there are probably a hundred books on my Kindle waiting for me to read them!

Dirty Red by Tarryn Fisher — I am a little nervous to read this. I know how much I didn't like Leah's character in The Opportunist, and I'm afraid of hearing her voice. But I cannot wait to read it at the same time.

Effortless by Shannon Stephens — I read Thoughtless while I was in Ireland this summer, staying up until 3 am one night to finish it, even though I was supposed to be up in a few hours to hike ten miles. I'm looking forward to seeing what else Shannon has planned for Kellan and Keira.

Taking Chances by Molly McAdams — I keep seeing this book everywhere and cannot wait to finally read it!

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green — Everyone I know is so emotional about this book, and I am a little nervous to expose myself to that vulnerability, but I am certain I won't be the same when I'm done.

The Scorpion Races by Maggie Stiefvater — I am a huge fan of Maggie's writing style - it's beautiful. This book comes highly recommended, and I know I will love it as much as her other novels!

I am about to start writing a new novel within the next month, so I have a lot of reading to squeeze in, because pretty soon I won’t be able to again!

Thank you very much Tammara and Rebecca!

Which books do you have on your bedside table waiting to be read? Let us know in comments!

  2. I read Easy and it was GREAT! I found it while searching for books like beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire. I have not added it to my 'Top Books Like Beautiful Disaster' list.

I haven't read Reasons to Breath, yet- but I am putting on my list now. Thanks for sharing!

  3. I really, really want to read Easy! It sounds great!

I haven't heard a single negative point for The Fault in our Stars! I almost bought it today but ended up buying another book instead.

Thanks for sharing this post! :D
